Sales Coordinator (1-Year Contract)

What You Will Do:

• Order Processing: Manage customer orders (Agents, OEM/DOEM, SPOT) using SAP and our in-house system (ONE FISH). Verify pricing, stock, and delivery schedules.

• Order Coordination: Work closely with factories to monitor production status and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.

• Shipping & Logistics: Process shipping instructions, arrange packing with warehouses, liaise with freight forwarders, and prepare essential documents (Invoices, Packing Lists).

• Payment & Admin: Follow up on customer payments, record AP transactions, and ensure accurate filing of all sales and shipping documentation.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact to resolve order-related issues and provide timely updates to all parties.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, logistics, or order processing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. (Experience with SAP is a strong advantage).

• A basic understanding of shipping procedures and Incoterms.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
