【Responsibilities and Duties】
- Relief GM of administrative and other routine matters, allowing focus on the management of the company
- Answering phone calls and replying to client emails/quotations
- Assist in data entry records
- Prepare, monitor, and compile presentations/reports, etc
-Manage documents for quotations, proposals, projects, etc
- Provide support such as following up with departments and projects
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Assist in the drafting and updating of office policies and procedures, as required
- Perform full spectrum of administrative support
【Required Skills and Qualifications】
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written (our clients are largely Mandarin-speaking)
- Able to start work immediately
