Work Days: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Work Location: West (near Boon Lay MRT Station)
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
• Prepare quotations, orders, tenders and related documentation.
• Provide coordination support to Sales and Purchasing teams.
• Monitor relevant tender portals for business opportunities.
• Assist with tender costing, documentation and submissions.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, specifications and quotations.
• Issue purchase and delivery orders; track order progress.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational matters.
• Maintain sales reports and proper documentation records.
Requirements:
• GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma holders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Relevant experience in sales coordination/admin support
• Organized and able to work independently
• Singaporean only need apply
