Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to support daily sales operations
• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls and email correspondence
• Submit quotations according to company procedures and documentation requirements
• Follow up on quotations, customer feedback, and project updates
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and support
• Assist in resolving customer issues and operational matters
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the operations team
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Diploma qualification preferred
• Experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or related functions will be advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage
