Job Description - Sales Coordinator (IT Solutions)

Help in the preparation of sales quotations and monitor their status through follow-up. (training will be provided).
Support in updating sales opportunities within sales pipeline reports utilizing cloud software.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely completion of each sales order.
In charge of order processing, purchasing, invoicing, and coordinate with customers on delivery schedule.
Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and provide updates on delivery status.

Requirements:

GCE O level and above
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
