Sales Coordinator (Marine / Oil & Gas)

• Position: Sales Coordinator (Marine / Oil & Gas)
• Location: Boon Lay
• Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 9.00AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus + 14-21 Days of Annual leave + Dental Benefits + Gym Allowance
• Duration: Perm
• Industry: Marine / Oil & Gas / Engineering Services

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily sales support and liaise with customers and internal teams
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and purchase orders for spare parts sales
• Follow up on quotations until orders are confirmed
• Attend to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Perform other sales support duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in Marine, Oil & Gas, Trading or spare parts sales support
• Basic knowledge of inert gas, nitrogen and boiler systems will be an advantage
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Able to understand customer requirements and identify suitable spare parts
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Meticulous, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
