Salary: Up to $2,400
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:30am – 7:30pm
Saturday: 10:30am – 2:30pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: Off
Location: Jurong (Tradehub area)
Perform daily administrative support and office coordination duties
Handle order processing, including invoices, quotations, delivery orders, and purchase orders
Provide sales support and coordinate retail operations
Attend to customer enquiries and provide basic product information
Maintain proper documentation, data entry, and filing systems
Assist with inventory control, stock tracking, and replenishment coordination
Operate POS system and support retail transactions
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics/delivery teams
Support reporting, scheduling, and general operations
Good communication and customer service skills (Mandarin speaking required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
Able to handle sales coordination and admin tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
Experience in POS system / retail system is an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Prior experience in admin, sales support, customer service, or retail operations preferred
Experience in home improvement / lighting / bathroom products is a plus
