Sales Coordinator (Up to $3.8K Stable Career Engineering Industry)

A well-established engineering solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support its sales and operations team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers
• Coordinate with the Sales Department to support daily sales operations
• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls and email correspondence
• Submit quotations according to company procedures and documentation requirements
• Follow up on submitted quotations and customer feedback
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and support
• Assist in resolving customer issues and operational matters
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the operations team

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Diploma qualification preferred
• Background in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Customer Service will be advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
