Sales Coordinator - West - $3k (Marine Sector)

Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

🚍 Company transport provided (two-way)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations for offshore products.
• Process sales orders from Purchase Order (PO) receipt through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, warehouse, service, and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Manage import/export shipping documentation and liaise with freight forwarders.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP systems.
• Support customer relationship management and follow up on payments when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, inside sales, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of logistics, shipping documentation, and Incoterms is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Offshore, marine, rigging, or industrial equipment knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
