Sales Coordinator (West area)

• Provide administrative support and coordinate all sales-related activities to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing timely updates on orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment and issue resolution.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the system.
• Follow up on customer requests, orders, and delivery schedules to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  

Requirement:

• At least 2 to 3 years experience of General office works.
