SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Sales Executive

Employment Information:
• Working Location: Besco Building, Singapore
• Working Hours: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm)

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Department.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and variation orders accurately in thesystem.
• Attend to customer enquiries, including walk-in customers, and provideappropriate product information and sales support.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and outstanding payments with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing andtimely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and related documentation.
• Support export arrangements and liaise with forwarders for shipmentdocumentation when required.
• Assist in updating project and contractor information relevant to the SalesTeam.
• Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, anddatabase updates.
• Support other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant sales or customer service experiencepreferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
