Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear, sunglasses, and contact lenses.

• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.

• Perform frame adjustments and basic eyewear maintenance.

• Handle sales transactions and cashiering duties.

• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of the retail store.

• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and stocktaking.

• Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.

• Schedule customer appointments and follow up on orders when required.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided.

• Prior retail, sales, or optical experience will be an advantage.

• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service-oriented and willing to learn.

• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

• Team player with a responsible work attitude.
