Sales Executive For Maid Agency

TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE FOR MAID AGENCY

Responsibilities:

• Attend to clients’ enquiries via walk-in, phone call or emails.
• Arrange and conduct interviews with employers and maids
• Achieve sales target set by the company
• Make sure after sales follow-up services is good handling
• Middleman between employer and maid; do counselling maid
• Handle administrative work pertaining to clients. Such as forms fill up, documents filing etc
• Familiar with MOM rules and regulations; Must not do against MOM/government's rules thing.

Requirements:

• Have CEI (Basic) Certificate ; Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
• Computer literate; be able to use computers
• Working experience in maid agency preferable
• Communication skill; able to speak bilingual
• Energetic and committed in providing excellent customer service
• Willing to grow and expand with the company
