Close longer-cycle programme deals. Sellbranding and marketing packages (production shoots, content, social mediamanagement, ad campaigns — typically $1.5K–$9K+ contracts over 3–12 months).Structure the deal, position the programme, draft the contract and invoicebrief for finance.
• Take over warm handovers from Hunters.Receive referred clients with full context, run intro calls with the Hunter anddelivery lead, and convert lead-programme relationships into marketingcontracts.
• Manage delivery end-to-end with theproduction team. Book and brief production shoots, collect client resources,review edits and revisions, coordinate ad launches and posting schedules, andrelay client feedback precisely — you are the bridge between client anddelivery.
• Run the client relationship. Own the clientgroup chat, send deliverables for review, manage expectations on timelines, andkeep momentum so no account goes quiet.
• Retain, renew, upgrade. Defend every accountat risk, drive renewals before contracts lapse, and convert branding clients upinto full marketing programmes — this is where your recurring income compounds.
• Maintain your pipeline discipline. Keep the clienttracker, pipeline forecast, shoot calendar and content calendars updated; flag no-intent leads for cleanup; set weekly revenue and appointment targets withleadership.
