Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base • Mentor and train junior sales team members • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to management • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement • Perform any other duties assigned by the director
Requirements
• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager • Able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively • Strong business sense and industry expertise • Able to handle pressure and be productive • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
