Responsibilities:
· Develop new accounts and identify business opportunities within the maritime industry.
· Understand customer challenges and create compelling value propositions for managed services.
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key strategic partners.
· Collaborate on joint business initiatives to enhance overall value.
· Identify and convert leads into viable business opportunities for the company.
· Proactively manage partner relationships both internally and externally.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
· Use insights to refine sales strategies and drive growth.
· Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients.
· Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
· Monitor and evaluate sales KPIs.
· Collaborate with operational divisions and provide strategic advice when needed.
· Ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
· Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the marine industry, particularly with shipowners and shipmanagers.
· Experience in business development, partnerships, and channel sales is highly regarded.
· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving KPIs and driving growth.
