Sales & Marketing Admin

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales &/or marketing
• Assist to prepare sales & marketing reports
• Checking of stocks and prepare stock reports
• Purchase & monitor raw materials & liaise with external suppliers
• Make arrangement & coordinate packing of finished goods
• Source for marketing material and premiums (POSMs)
• Assist manager in brand management
• Handle emails & phone calls
• Ensure up-to-date and proper filing of documents and paperwork
• Support in planning, executing and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative work
• Basic knowledge on branding and marketing
• Meticulous
• Able to work independently
• Good rapport with colleagues
• Individuals with photoshop skills will be advantageous
• 5.5 Work days
