Sales Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Screening properties based on clients' basic requirements, arranging property viewings, inspecting properties, recording property information, and preparing property reports.
2. Handling property-related maintenance issues, answering clients' questions about after-sales services, and adapting to field work and flexible working hours, including weekends as required.
3. Proficiency in basic office software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and preference given to Singaporean permanent residents and citizens.
4. A lively and outgoing personality, with patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle pressure.

Job Requirements:

1. Previous experience in after-sales service is required.
2. The company offers a complete training system and promotion channel, as well as a basic salary, quarterly bonuses, annual bonuses, birthday gifts, and medical insurance.
3. Employees who work for one year or more will receive a 13th month salary.
