Sales Operations & Fulfilment Coordinator, $4,000 (East)

Location: Kallang

Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monto Fri)

We are seeking a Sales Operations & Fulfilment Coordinator to support regional commercial operations and ensure smooth execution of complex customer orders.

This role acts as a key link between regional sales teams, global headquarters order processing functions, and logistics partners. The incumbent will manage end-to-end order coordination for project-based, non-standard sales transactions while also providing administrative and operational support to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of complex, project-based customer orders.
• Validate technical configurations, pricing, and commercial terms prior to order submission.
• Act as the primary liaison with global headquarters order processing and compliance teams.
• Coordinate shipment planning, inventory allocation, and delivery timelines with logistics partners.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs), sales presentations, and management reports.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate regular sales performance dashboards.
• Support execution of regional marketing activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate logistics for client events, trade shows, seminars, and internal workshops.
• Assist in distribution of marketing materials and branding assets.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Commercial Support within a multinational environment.
• Experience handling complex, project-based or configurable orders preferred.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
