Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Operations Assistant / Sales Coordinator
• Working Location: Bedok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefit
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create new invoices, delivery orders, and certificates.
• Place purchase orders with vendors.
• Generate software license keys.
• Prepare sales quotations, primarily for renewals.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Register new customers and create MA codes in the system.
• Maintain and update order and MA tracking files weekly.
• Handle various ad hoc requests such as accessing historical records or responding to inquiries.

• Diploma/Degree in related discipline.
• Strong numerical and data presentation skills.
• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations/administration or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.
