Responsibilities

• Proficient in managing order processing, generating quotations, and overseeing delivery shipments.
• Assist Sales Team in meetings and follow-ups for timely client responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams for repair deadlines and efficient product deliveries.
• Act as a liaison for counterparts, ensuring smooth communication with internal teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strong ability to efficiently multitask, prioritize, and execute daily tasks.
• Experience in sales support or operations coordination would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
