Sales Operations Executive

Perform a range of administrative support tasks such as processing POs and invoices, vendor negotiations, and the coordination of order deliveries.

Maintaining an accessible and organized filling system for Sales and Operations team.

Provide assistance to the team members and executives as when needed.

Skills

• Computer literacy: knowledge of basic spreadsheet and word files.
• Time management: Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and completing tasks efficiently and quickly.
• Customer service: strong professional conversation etiquette
• Communication: Clear communication and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms
• Problem-solving: critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues
• Familiarity with ISO FSMS and other related certifications will be helpful
• Training will be provided.
