Sales Support Admin [Custom Permit Exp] - 5 days / Pasir Panjang [0580]

• Working days: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Salary: $2,400 - $2,800 + $100 meal allowance (AWS & VB)
• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Company transport provided at Pasir Panjang MRT station (pick up & drop off)

Job Responsibilities:

•  To provide general sales support services in meeting all deadlines
• To handle inquiries and ensure quotations are furnished to customers on time.
• Processing of orders within the dateline and consolidate customer’s requirements ensuring on time delivery.
• Liaise with customers for delivery timings and locations.
• Filing of invoices and other related documents.
• Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• With relevant working experience
• With experience in Microsoft Office especially Excel & Word
• Experience in permit declaration or with a declarant license is advantage
• Knowledge of Singapore Customs permits will be an advantage but not a necessity as training will be provided.
