Job Responsibilities
Daily tasks include handling of customer enquiries, request pricing from suppliers, preparation & follow up on sales quotations, and checking of all sales orders received
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order deliveries and prompt resolution to customer requests
Build and maintain good relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Support product and marketing team on their sales promotions and campaigns to drive leads and sales conversion.
Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
O Level/ Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or related field
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service or administration roles
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office with experience using ERP or CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
A positive attitude and willingness to support team goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities
