Job Description - Sales support administrator

  1. Administrative Support:Manage office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
    Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and company resources.
    Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
    Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
  2. Marketing Assistance:Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
    Assist in creating simple marketing materials
    Monitor and update social media channels, website content, and online listings.
    Assist in co-ordinating promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:Interact with customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
    Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
    Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    Collaborate with sales team members to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  4. Data Management and Analysis:Compile and analyze data related to marketing campaigns, sales performance, and customer feedback.
    Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
    Utilize software and other tools to manage customer interactions and marketing activities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and an understanding of industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Must be able to comunicate in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
