Sales Support Coordinator (QA / QC Knowledge)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between Sales and Production Department
• Process clients’ orders and issue material requisition form
• Follow-up quotation with clients
• Coordinate documentation for shipment
• Organize and maintain reference files
• Coordinate clients credit rating with Finance Department
• Ensure limits do not exceed in placing orders
• Consolidation monthly sales report

Requirements:

• ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma in any field
• Relevant working experience
• Experience / knowledge in QA / QC will be added advantage 
• Good communication skills
