Sales Support Executive

• Position : Sales Support Executive
• Location : Penjuru (Company Transport from Jurong East MRT)
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.10PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 10 - 18 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Bearing Supplier

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer purchase orders, forecasts, and order processing for ASEAN and Japan offices
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on order updates and daily enquiries
• Monitor monthly customer forecasts and support order planning
• Submit enquiries to Japan office and factory partners, and raise purchase requisitions
• Follow up with factories on lead times and confirm sales acknowledgements with customers
• Liaise with Shipping Department on incoming shipments, urgent cargo, and OEM invoicing
• Support other administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualifications, preferably in the engineering field
• Able to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments effectively
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
• Willing to travel when required, minimal travelling.
