Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day sales operation including process sales orders, prepare quotation, purchases order, delivery order and issue invoices.
• Assist new and existing customers on their inquiries as well as provide after sales support.
• Work with key customer and follow-up with inbound leads for new sales opportunities.
• Render support to manager ensuring projects run according to plan and timeline.
• Liaise and work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information when necessary.
• Generate and submit relevant reports and documents for tenders.
• Attend online/offline product trainings arranged by the vendors.

Requirements:

• Candidate possesses 1 to 2 year(s) of relevant working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for Sales Department are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is an added advantage.
• Ready for dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoying interacting and communicating with people, and build good rapport with IT Business Partners.
• Proficient in MS Office
