Sales Support Executive 5 days Central CHS

Description

Job Summary : 

• Mon-Fri , 9am-6pm & Sat (Alt) - 9am-1pm ; Sat & Sun, 9am–1pm (once/twice a month)
• Location : Marina Club

Responsibilities:

• Provide general sales support and administrative services
• Handle customer inquiries and issue quotations promptly
• Process orders and consolidate requirements for timely delivery
• Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and locations
• File invoices and related documents
• Undertake other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Knowledge of Singapore Customs permits (advantage)
• Preferably with a declarant license
