We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support daily business operations across administrative, sales coordination, and customer service functions.
This role is well-suited for someone who is organised, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

5 days office hours

Job Scope:
Process and manage sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents
Ensure proper recording and maintenance of sales orders and customer information
Monitor order fulfilment with internal supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and in a timely manner
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and coordination
Ensure all sales and contract information is accurately updated in the system
Submit and maintain records for After Sales Service Support claims
Support general administrative duties as assigned
Requirement:
Experience in administration / sales support / customer service roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support the team
