Sales Support Executive (Japanese MNC) (YS81)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Daily Sales Report

• Process RMA – manage full cycle of return goods from customers

• Input sales orders; issue Delivery Orders and invoices

• Provide invoices to the Sales Coordinator for payment purposes

• Prepare shipping arrangements and coordinate delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
