Sales Support Executive (Order processing/ RMA/ East)

• Location: Tannery Lane
• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary: Up to $3.5k

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Process customer returns (RMA) from start to finish.
• Enter sales orders and generate delivery orders and invoices accurately.
• Prepare proforma invoices for the Sales Coordinator to arrange customer payments.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with relevant parties.
• Update inventory records, including stock movements and pricing, in the system.
• Create purchase orders and send them to factories, ensuring all information is accurate.
• Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing and documentation.
• Support the team with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales support, operations, or logistics role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in the same industry or with Letters of Credit (LC) will be an added advantage.
