SAP Admin Assistant

Job Description:

SAP & System Support

• Perform data entry and transactions in SAP.
• Maintain and update accurate records in the SAP system.
• Assist in generating reports and tracking data using SAP.
• Support users with basic SAP-related queries and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures when handling SAP processes.

General Administrative Duties

• Manage office documentation, filing systems, and records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails).
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets as required.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
• Assist in inventory tracking.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Coordination & Support

• Support operations teams with administrative tasks.
• Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Assist in process improvements and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in any fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience (SAP experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
