Key Roles
Welcome visitors and keep reception area clean and welcoming.
Answer phone calls and attend to walk-in enquiries.
Handle paperwork, data entry, and correspondence.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Perform filing, scanning, photocopying, and other office tasks.
Issue keys, stationery, and teaching materials to staff.
Support school events and programmes.
Assist students with lost items, spare uniforms, or locating teachers/classrooms.
Contact parents on student-related matters.
Maintain records of lost and found items and spare uniforms.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office is an advantage.
