School Lab Assistant cum Admin Support

Location: School Environment (West, Singapore)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up laboratory materials and equipment for Science lessons and activities.
• Maintain laboratory inventory, stock levels, and resources.
• Provide frontline support and attend to enquiries from external stakeholders.
• Assist with basic administrative duties.
• Support school events, programmes and initiatives as and when required.
• Perform other duties assigned in support of school operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in laboratory operations, administration, customer service, or a school environment.
• Able to commit to school working hours (7am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays)
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety practices.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic school setting.
