Working Hour
Key Roles
Daily upkeep of food labs (equipment, table tops, floor, sinks).
Daily checks and maintenance of tools, utensils, and appliances.
Manage food items in fridges and storage; inform the coordinator when supplies are low.
Prepare raw materials for classes (cutting, portioning).
Ensure all utensils and cookware are organised and accounted for.
Maintain safety signs and posters.
Assist with the termly stock-take of equipment and utensils.
Label and clean tabletops, shelves, and equipment twice yearly.
Conduct termly checks on perishables.
Support afternoon cooking programs and school-based activities in food labs.
Requirements
Basic certifications in food preparation and food safety.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
