Science Lab Assistant #Jurong East

Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 6.45 am to 4.15 pm

Key Roles

• Prepare, set up, and clear lab apparatus for Science lessons.

• Assist teachers with practical investigations and STEM activities.

• Maintain lab cleanliness and organisation.

• Manage inventory and monitor stock levels.

• Conduct routine checks, report faults, and coordinate repairs.

• Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Handle visitor registration.

• Perform filing, documentation, data entry, and scheduling.

• Prepare reports, letters, and forms.

• Provide logistics support for school events and meetings.

• Support Science and Environment Education programmes.

• Assist in school events, open houses, and parent activities.

• Collaborate with teachers, leaders, and operations staff.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Completed Secondary School education.

• At least 3 years' relevant experience

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
