Science Lab Assistant - MOE Primary School (JOB REF - TSTSNT-2026-06-001)

Role:

This is a full-time, onsite, Science Lab Assistant cum Admin Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with HOD/LH-Science and/or Admin Manager in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Yishun) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

● Prepare laboratory materials for Science activities in primary school level

● Maintain readiness of laboratory equipment and Science laboratories

● Maintain cleanliness & organization of laboratories and its equipment

● Perform basic stocktaking of equipment & request to replenish when needed

● Assist teachers during laboratory sessions

● Assist in the maintenance of the Recycle Corner, Vertical Farm & other vegetable

farming in school

● Assist Science department members for ad-hoc duties

● Assist in administrative matters such as collection of data or any other duties

required by supervisor

● Assist in general office duties such as attending to phone calls and management of queries during non-peak Science laboratory hours (e.g. after curriculum hours, school holidays etc)

Job Requirements:

● GCE ‘N’-Level qualification

● 2 years of experience in managing Science lab in MOE institutions (schools)

● 2 years of experience in administrative duties in MOE institutions (schools)

Summary:

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.

Working Hours:

● Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

● Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
