Science Laboratory Assistant Yishun

Job Description:

• Prepare and set up chemicals, apparatus, and materials for daily practical lessons and examinations.
• Dispense chemicals and arrange laboratory equipment safely and accurately.
• Clear, clean, and safely dispose of chemicals and laboratory equipment after practical sessions.
• Replenish laboratory reagents and consumables before each school term.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Assist the Science Laboratory Technician with ad-hoc laboratory duties as required.

Requirements:

• Primary level qualifications (able to read and write)
• Basic knowledge in laboratory settings and chemical preparation
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in science laboratory from 1 January 2022 to the closing date of this ITQ
• Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and take initiative
