Hiring: Secretary to CEO

Location: Kovan Campus

Salary range: $3200 to $4200 per month (commensurate with experience)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm (Saturday half days 9am-1pm as and when needed)

Job Description:

1. Manage the CEO's daily schedule and appointments.
2. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and business events.
3. Prioritize appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
4. Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
5. Take meeting minutes and distribute action items.
6. Follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines.
7. Screen phone calls and emails for the CEO
8. Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports.
9. Act as the first point for the CEO for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Maintain confidential files and records.
11. Organize and maintain filing systems
12. Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for CEO
13. Proofread and format documents for CEO
14. Maintain corporate records and important documentation.
15. Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
16. Track key projects and deadlines for the CEO.
17. Conduct basic research for the CEO.
