Job Duties:

• Optimise HR systems, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals
• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Manage payroll systems, and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Prior Experience in the Semicon industry is highly advantageous.
