Senior Admin Associate (Healthcare) *NORTH-EAST* #HZTK

Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Office Hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform pharmacy billing and administrative operations, including updating client financial information and generating, reviewing, and processing billing reports.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and attend to billing-related enquiries.
• Support medication order fulfilment, delivery operations, and invoice verification.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with courier service providers.
• Manage the archival of prescriptions and billing-related documents.
• Attend to visitors, manage online order collections, and assist with retail promotions.
• Coordinate office maintenance and support workplace improvement initiatives.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
