Senior Admin Executive (Education/Gov Sector) #JTL

• Provide dedicated administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Vice President.
• Manage the SVP's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritising commitments.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue bookings, preparation of meeting materials, and dissemination of agendas.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items where required.
• Screen, prioritise, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the SVP.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport bookings when necessary.
• Maintain organised filing systems for both electronic and physical documents.
• Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences
• Able to start on short notice
