Senior Associate / Associate Executive, Talent Attraction, Development & Awards

You will provide administrative and logistics support in the management of national and cluster level awards. This includes the collation of award nominations across all SingHealth Institutions, ensuring that nominations submitted fulfil the respective awards requirements. You will process the relevant expenses claims and fund disbursements for the respective awards accurately and timely. You will also liaise and assist the relevant stakeholders to address their queries on the awards and/or award disbursement/claims.

Requirements:

• Recognised Diploma in any discipline.
• Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A Level with at least 6 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A good team player with the ability to work well with different levels of stakeholders
• Driven and independent worker who can prioritise well
• Meticulous and resourceful
