Senior Clinic Front Desk Executive / Coordinator (Dental)

Keep three busy clinics running like clockwork. As our Senior Front Desk Executive / Coordinator you will lead front-desk operations, develop the team, and ensure billing, scheduling and claims run accurately and on time. 

Work schedule: rotating 5-day work week with at least one weekend day; day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm; no night clinics; closed on public holidays. 

What you’ll do 

• Coordinate front-desk operations across the daily schedule 

• Lead, train and support the team; allocate duties 

• Own end-of-day settlement and claims accuracy 

• Audit records and recalls; drive service improvements 

• Carry out administrative tasks that support daily clinic operations (reports, records, supplies and coordination) 
  

What we’re looking for 

• Strong front-desk experience with supervisory/coordination exposure 

• Able to perform all core front-desk duties well: patient booking, payments, insurance claims and correspondence 

• Organised, accurate and a confident communicator; comfortable owning operations 

• A local diploma or equivalent (required) 

• Rotating roster including one weekend day
