Job Description - Senior/ Customer Support Coordinator

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service for our clients across the Asia Pacific region.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating and facilitating service attendances, working closely with the Service/Team Manager and Field Service Engineers to achieve department objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and handling commercial matters related to department activities. Your attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively will contribute significantly to the success of our customer support operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enforce company administrative guidelines and procedures, fostering cooperation and information flow within and between departments.
  • Facilitate service job planning, coordination, and implementation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Manage incoming mails in the CRM system, organizing and archiving customer correspondence systematically.
  • Administer visa applications and travel requirements, ensuring smooth logistics for service personnel.
  • Coordinate service support and spare parts sales activities using the ERP system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide assistance to internal and external customers, playing a pivotal role in handling internal projects and improvement processes, and undertaking ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative / technical related sector
  • Possess correct attitude and mindset in collaboration
  • Ability to perform in dynamic environment by multi-tasking.
  • Occasional after office support will be required.
  • Ability to maintain good temperament even in hectic situations.
