Senior Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services (1 year contract) #HZTK

Job Responsibilities

• Handle HR-related enquiries from employees, managers, and stakeholders
• Manage and track HR enquiries, including case logging, assignment, follow-up, and closure within service level agreements (SLA).
• Create, update, and maintain HR FAQs on the intranet and HR chatbot.
• Ensure the HR knowledge database remains accurate, current, and well-maintained.
• Support HR communications by designing eDMs, posters, and promotional materials for HR Support Centre initiatives.
• Liaise with vendors on background screening reports for candidates.
• Process employment-related requests, including reference checks and certificates of employment.
• Provide operational support across various HR functions based on business needs, including: Onboarding and offboarding, HR system data maintenance, Learning & Development administration; Benefits administration; Work pass administration
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable handling high-volume HR operations while maintaining data confidentiality.
