Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee procurement functions for infrastructure and construction projects, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and vendor management.
• Handle purchasing for large-scale projects, procurement and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, safety, and performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Contracts, Engineering, Project teams) to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Verify supplier invoice quantity, unit rate and system data entry integrity
• Assisting on system data entries verification and maintain database
• Prepare and generate procurement and management reports as required
• Coordinate ISO-related activities, including documentation and audit support
• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end procurement
• Prior experience with Changi Airport Group (CAG) projects is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
• Well-versed in local procurement practices, contract terms, and statutory requirements.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
