SENIOR EXECUTIVE, FUND-RAISING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate and implement fundraising campaigns, donation drives and fundraising events.
• Support donor engagement and relationship-building with sponsors, community partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare fundraising proposals, sponsorship requests, donor presentation materials and campaign updates.
• Coordinate publicity and fundraising promotional efforts together with the Communications, Marketing & Media team.
• Monitor fundraising progress, maintain donor records and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor arrangements and administrative support for fundraising activities and events.
• Work closely with internal departments to support organisational fundraising goals and initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures and PDPA requirements.

Requirements

• A recognised diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Service or a related discipline.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, outreach, events or stakeholder engagement.
• Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Abilityto manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with the social service or non-profit sector will be an added advantage.
