· Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance review and separation processes.
· Coordinate payroll administration with the Finance Department to ensure timely and accurate processing.
· Administer employee benefits including insurance, medical schemes and leave management.
· Maintain employee records, HR documentation and company policies.
· Liaise with HR teams in Malaysia and China to ensure timely completion of HR deliverables.
· Coordinate with recruitment agencies, government authorities, insurance providers and external service providers.
· Support statutory compliance, customer audits and internal HR governance.
· Coordinate workforce planning with department managers and review manpower requests against approved staffing plans and established productivity guidelines.
· Monitor headcount movements and workforce statistics, providing independent verification of manpower information for management review.
· Prepare periodic HR and management reports.
· Identify opportunities to improve HR and administrative processes through digitalization, automation and AI-assisted tools.
· Undertake occasional travel to the Company's operations in Malaysia and China.
